Giveaway: Win a Pair of Tickets to Josh Ritter and The Royal City Band

We are in triple-digit weather today, but that is not going to stop me from giving away something to my readers out there.

Today, I’m giving away a pair of tickets to Josh Ritter & The Royal City Band with special guest David Wax Museum on Thursday, July 26, at 7:30 PM, in Knight Theater at Levine Center for the Arts.

Ritter has released five studio albums and has been recently named one of the 100 greatest living songwriters by Paste Magazine, alongside Dylan, Springsteen, and Neil Young. Joan Baez has covered one of his songs; Stephen King named one of Ritter’s albums the best of recent years and David Letterman has requested him twice, so far. His albums include So Runs the World Away and The Animal Years. His debut novel, Bright’s Passage, was published by Random House this year to wide acclaim. His new EP, Bringing In the Darlings, will be out Feb. 21 2013.
