The Blind Boys of AlabamaEvery Tuesday, we will share a song from an artist or musical coming to one of our theaters. Today, we’re featuring a song from The Blind Boys of Alabama.

Formed in 1939, when the members were just kids at the Alabama Institute for the Negro Blind in Talladega, The Blind Boys of Alabama are Lifetime Achievement honorees from the Grammys® and the National Endowment for the Arts.

The band performs Saturday, Oct. 8, at 8 p.m., with special guest Eilen Jewell in the McGlohon Theater at Spirit SquareCLICK HERE for ticketing information.
