Meet BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL’s Charlotte Connection – Antwan Bethea

March 29, 2012

Antwan Bethea

Antwan Bethea is one of the ensemble cast members in BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL, coming April 10-15, to the Belk Theater at Blumenthal Performing Arts Center.  The Greenville, NC, native took a few minutes out of his busy rehearsal and show schedule to record a little Charlotte shout-out video.

Antwan graduated from ECU.  In addition to collegiate cheerleading, Antwan cheered professionally for the Charlotte Bobcats.

What Southern food is Bethea craving?  What are his plans once he’s in Charlotte?  What can you expect from the show?

Check out the adorable video below for answers to those questions and more!

Warning:  Because Bethea attended UNC-Charlotte before transferring to ECU, he mistakingly mentions BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL playing in the Belk Tower.  He must really miss his alma mater and hometown state (awww…).
