Keb’ Mo’

Keb’ Mo’ (born Kevin Moore) is a talented and successful Blues singer, guitarist and songwriter who has had a lasting career marked with critical acclaim. Three of his 14 albums won the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Blues Album and have featured notable guests such as Bonnie Raitt, India.Arie and Jackson Browne.

His trademark is the raw and gritty, yet polished Blues sound he has perfected so well. That sound is clearly represented on his most recent full-length album “BLUESAmericana,” which was released April 22. It debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Blues Albums chart and is now available on iTunes and Amazon.

While Mo’ sounds excellent on a record, his live performances are even better. Examiner.com recently reviewed his May 16 performance at the Rialto Theatre in Tuscon, AZ, and summed the night up with “the electricity between Keb’ Mo’ and the crowd was the main element that made this magical evening happen.”

Get a taste of what you can expect on Sept. 17 and watch his recent appearance on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.” He performs “The Worst is Yet to Come” from “BLUESAmericana.”

Don’t miss Blues master Keb’ Mo’ LIVE in Knight Theater at Levine Center for the Arts on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the “magical evening” are on sale now and great seats are still available. His last show at a Blumenthal venue in December 2012 sold out … and this one might sell out, too, so get your tickets today!
