Home Free

Home Free gained national attention when the group was crowned the winner of season four of NBC’s “The Sing-Off,” which pits top acapella groups against each other. Home Free offered a unique take on the acapella style, covering mostly country music. They played McGlohon Theater last fall to a packed house, so we’re bringing them back — this time to a bigger theater! They will perform an all-new show, Home Free for the Holidays, in Knight Theater on Monday, Dec. 7. Tickets are on sale now.

I had the chance to catch the McGlohon performance last year, and I was blown away. These guys have amazing voices and put on an incredible, high-energy show. Personally, I can’t wait to hear their take on a few of my favorite Christmas songs!

Home Free releases its new album, “Country Evolution,” this Friday. The album features the artists lending their vocal talent to a variety of country songs from the last few decades. One special track features the original artists. The Oak Ridge Boys joined Home Free to record a new version of their country classic “Elvira.” Watch Home Free and The Oak Ridge Boys perform together below.

Home Free brings Nashville standards, pop hits dipped in country flavor, and your favorite Holiday tunes to Knight Theater at Levine Center for the Arts Monday, Dec. 7, at 7:30 p.m. Home Free for The Holidays is the perfect holiday celebration for the entire family, and tickets start at just $20. Buy now for the best seats!

“Country Evolution” is available for pre-order on iTunes and Amazon.

If you have the chance, you need to see them live! The talent cannot be described or understood without it. They never disappoint and every TWO HOUR show simply isn’t long enough.

So glad you see them, LIVE! It’s hard to describe to people how incredible they are on that stage, without a back-up band. They ARE the band…From their own individual amazing voi- ces, crazy harmonies together, 5+ octave deepest super-bass (whose 1st octave notes vi-
brate your body), to their insane beatboxer/new to country music (CAN play trumpet, bass,
keys, drums!), who does a ‘drum’ solo, to blow your mind!…We’ve watched lots of beatboxing championships & he’s pure, clean & crisp)!!…
Hope you see them again, Dec. 7th!…Meantime, You Tube: ‘Adam Rupp Solo 8-17-15’!! 🙂 🙂
